1. The deal
You use Scribara to support your clinical workflow. We provide the software and keep it running. You remain the clinician of record — Scribara assists, you decide.
2. Your data
Your patients' data is yours, and your practice's data is yours. We process it under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and never use identified PHI to train shared models. De-identified data may be used for service improvement only with your explicit opt-in.
3. Acceptable use
Use Scribara for licensed clinical practice. Do not attempt to circumvent the audit log, do not use the service to make consequential clinical decisions without clinician review, do not reverse-engineer the model outputs to extract training data.
4. Subscription & billing
Plans are billed per provider per month, annually or monthly depending on the order form. Pro-rated for partial months. Refunds available within the first 30 days of an annual contract.
5. Service level
99.9% uptime on Solo and Practice, 99.95% on Enterprise. Service credits issued automatically against the next invoice when an SLA is missed. Status: status.scribara.com.
6. Disclaimers
Scribara is not a substitute for clinical judgment. Outputs require clinician review and sign-off. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Where regulated as a clinical decision support tool, we operate within the scope of the relevant clearance.
7. Limitation of liability
Liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. The BAA governs PHI incidents. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that can't be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may terminate for convenience at the end of the term. We may terminate for non-payment after 30 days' notice or for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination we export your data on request and delete it within 60 days.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to your admin email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
