Scribara/Pricing

Priced against labor returned — not seats hoarded.

The average specialist saves more than 10 hours / week. Scribara costs less than three hours of clinical time. Practices pay for it from the labor line, and the math compounds with adoption.

ROI in one paragraph

The math, at a typical 10-provider cardiology group.

Without Scribara

  • ~2 hr / 1 hr ratio of charting to clinical time
  • 2.5 FTE coding / billing / auth staff: $185k
  • Downcoded visits from thin documentation: ~$320k / yr
  • After-hours burnout, turnover risk

With Scribara — Practice plan

  • 11.4 hr / provider / week returned
  • 1.0 FTE on the closing queue, not 2.5
  • Per-visit RVU up 14–22%, fully documented
  • Net: ~$640k / yr · 9.7× return on platform fee
FAQ

Pricing questions.

Is there a free trial?
No free tier. There's a 60-day paid pilot at 50% list with full implementation. It converts to an annual contract if (and only if) you measure the time saved against your baseline.
What about overages?
There are no per-visit overages. Pricing is per provider, billed by seat. Storage and inference are bundled in.
Does the price change as we add EHRs?
Up to your plan's connector limit, no. Beyond that, additional connectors are $200 / mo each on Practice, included on Enterprise.
Do you offer multi-year discounts?
Yes — 15% at 2 years, 25% at 3, available at Practice and Enterprise.
How do you handle locum / part-time providers?
Pro-rated by month of activity. We won't bill you for a provider who didn't see patients that month.
